Characteristics of our work
Nature of the Topics Addressed by the Laboratory
“The Laboratory, our content creation system, was designed to delve into the vast field of soft skills. The Spanish translation, “habilidades blandas,” does not do justice to their fundamental importance. In the 21st century, social skills will be key to equipping us with the knowledge and actions necessary to develop better leadership, management, and communication systems. Ultimately, they enable us to manage ourselves, our lives, our professional endeavors, and the leadership of companies and organizations.
To achieve this, our team is constantly engaged in reviewing and updating content, monitoring and deepening trends, and creating educational materials and training designs. This ongoing effort ensures that we remain at the forefront of innovation in the fields of knowledge we cover.
¿ What Do We Do in Terms of Training?
Our areas of focus include the development of skills in Conflict Management and Negotiation, Communication Skills, and Management Skills across various aspects of Soft Skills.
Our Criteria for Topic Selection
…in relationship-building and leadership skills for executive management, middle management, and leaders of companies and organizations.
¿What Are Our Contents?
We focus on substantial training, free from unnecessary or outdated content. Given our nature as a Research Laboratory, we continuously analyze trends, adopting and adapting key elements, topics, and issues that are essential for teaching and knowledge transmission with a practical application approach.
At the same time, we discard topics that show signs of being temporary trends or ineffective practices—those that have proven not to provide meaningful contributions to professional and business management.
