STUDY PLAN
In this course, we will learn how to master the strategies and tactics we can use to better and more efficiently control our conversations, whether in a negotiation, team meeting, conflict resolution, or simply to sell an idea, product, project, or achieve a specific goal.
The goal is to learn to control the conversation, to take ownership of it, and to interpret silences. We must also learn how to unblock a conversation, break deadlocks, and ask questions that guide the discussion toward the answers we seek.
We will develop the program with the technology created by La Gran Fábrica de Ideas and Barcelona School.
In summary, this course will allow us to view the organization as a network of conversations and interactions, which we can act upon and influence, positioning ourselves as facilitators of those conversations that are perceived or sensed as difficult and are often postponed because of that. With this course, we aim to help develop the tools to make these conversations possible and truly effective.
Work Plan | Focus of Each Class
Through six classes, the program deeply covers what we consider the most complex difficulties in communication exchanges. As we have seen before, one of the main generators of conflict in human relationships is communication difficulties. These difficulties come from several origins that can present themselves individually or complementarily: poor communication, excessive emotionality, or even the difficulty of saying certain things in an intelligent way, with particular delicacy and intelligence. We believe that this training should not only reduce conflict levels but also lead to a substantial improvement in individual and group productivity.
Ultimately, the general objective is to take control of these communications, analyzing in depth what we are hearing, along with planning the objectives we aim to achieve.

¿Who is it aimed at?
This course is ideal for independent professionals, managers, and middle management who want to manage their conversations more humanely and intelligently, especially their interactions across the entire organization (human resources, management control, quality management, marketing and sales, logistics, etc.). It can also be highly valuable for independent professionals, trainers, teachers, and mentors.
Additional tools:
Each course is composed of concrete tools that participants will find applicable to their reality from the very beginning.
We provide a series of deepening resources (TED Talks, articles, work sheets, and videos) so participants can expand their resource base on each topic addressed in the classes.
