STUDY PLAN
This is a highly practical course, composed of twelve agile and concrete modules, designed to teach how to set the objective of a presentation, preparing the participant as a speaker, focusing on what to say and how to say it both verbally and gesturally. Our goal is maximum impact, so no one remains indifferent to our ideas and the way they are presented.
The aim is to provide the tools to structure content in the most impactful way, while also showing how to use supporting materials as efficiently as possible, avoiding the most common mistakes.
The program will be developed with the technology created by La Gran Fábrica de Ideas and Barcelona School.
In summary, the course is designed to position interpersonal communication as the essential foundation for transmitting thoughts to other individuals or groups: in the work environment, the business world, or the professional sphere. It is the most efficient tool for successful personal asset management relationships and is crucial for effective interaction between individuals, as well as for motivating and transmitting messages to audiences. Learning to communicate better and speak in public is considered of paramount importance for personal and professional development, improving the quality of relationships, including the way to express ideas, influencing the degree of acceptance and persuasion from the listener or a collective group.
Work Plan | Focus of Each Class
Through eight classes, the program delves into what we consider to be the most efficient tools for presenting ideas, projects, and significant communications that require high and profound impact.
Effective communication in front of an audience is a necessary skill in many circumstances, particularly in business and professional settings, as professionals may find themselves in situations where it is required to speak before a more or less numerous group of people.
A very clear example is speaking in front of groups to present a project, idea, product, or giving a lecture to a class or a meeting of colleagues or professionals, where interventions of any nature must be made, such as on economic, technical, political, or social content.
Most people feel uncomfortable facing an audience simply because they don’t know how to do it. This course takes into account the oral aspect of communicative competence.
The psychoeducational training for oral competence proposed here is closely related to social skills training, as, ultimately, speaking in front of an audience can be considered an advanced social skill.
We will work on preparing the presentation; how we will deliver it, how to build bridges with the audience, how to make an impact to achieve our objectives, persuade, convince, and defend our ideas. Additionally, we will move forward in structuring the content of the presentation, including the supports we will use if considered important. An important point we must not forget is confronting the so-called “stage fright,” one of the recurring problems many speakers face.
Finally, observation practices and improvements of presentations will be carried out.

¿Who is it intended for?
This is an ideal course for independent professionals, managers, and middle management who want to enhance their presentations, achieving “the sale” of ideas, projects, and general guidelines designed to lead to specific collective actions. We also believe it can be of great importance for independent professionals in general, trainers, teachers, and mentors. Additionally, it is highly valuable for all professionals who frequently need to present as part of their work or profession.
Additional tools:
Each course is composed of concrete tools that participants will find applicable to their reality from the very beginning.
We provide a series of in-depth resources (TED Talks, articles, worksheets, and videos) so that participants can expand their resource base on each topic covered in the classes.
