This course focuses on difficult conversations that resolve complex challenges and conflicts. What we do most in our jobs, in professional practice, and in many of our personal relationships is communicate and converse.
However, the question is: Do we do it effectively? And going a little further: Do we develop an effective technique for it?
From that starting point, we converse to lead, delegate, motivate, and supervise. We develop conversations in meetings, over the phone, through electronic media and systems, etc. We communicate with collaborators, with those who lead our teams, with the members of the teams we lead, with suppliers, with clients, and, in some cases, even with ourselves.
