SYLLABUS
The course was designed to place conflict at the starting point of the knowledge base used in training negotiators. It is not possible to develop any process for managing and administering constructive situations without the ability to understand the anatomy, functioning, and pathological forms that conflict can take.
Materials are available in English. The proposed new final assessment is awaiting academic review and has not been activated.
