Description
The course is designed for the improvement and updating of professionals in the different methods and techniques of individual or collective negotiation in the public or private sector in a crisis and high-pressure context.
When it comes to negotiation under tension, we must understand that these are situations where there is little room to concede from both sides, which makes the negotiation framework between a floor (lower limit) and a ceiling (upper limit) narrow, leaving little space to reach an agreement. Of course, an agreement cannot always be reached, but the key is to operate with limited margins and, in most cases, with little time, which adds extraordinary stress to the process and multiplies the possibility of making mistakes or accepting results that are not the best.
